After reviewing various agents and assessing their average price points and transaction history, we ultimately select the “Optimal Agent”. This Agent will have a strong average price point, a robust transaction history, and work within the specific areas our clients are interested in. Additionally, we can review their past-sold properties to ensure they align with the range our client is considering.
Upon contacting the chosen agent and conducting an interview to ensure compatibility, we introduce them to our client.
