  1. Description of Infringed Material: Describe the copyrighted material, work, or other intellectual property (collectively “Material”) which you believe is being infringed upon, and specify where on the www.siliconvalleyluxury.com website the Material is located.

  2. Your Contact Information: Provide your contact details, including your name, telephone number, email address, or other means by which Silicon Valley Luxury or the alleged infringing party can directly contact you.

  3. Good Faith Belief Statement: Include a statement describing your good faith belief that the Material and/or its use is not authorized by the copyright or other intellectual property rights owner, its agent, or by law. This statement must be signed under the penalties of perjury, asserting that you are the owner of the Material or the person authorized by the owner to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of the information above, Silicon Valley Luxury will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the offending material. We may need additional information to fully address your DMCA notice before removing any of the material in question. Your contact information provided in the notice may be shared with the alleged infringing party to facilitate an appropriate response.

The DMCA is the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which requires an Internet Service Provider to remove materials from a website that appear to infringe upon copyrighted materials after receiving proper notice, or otherwise lose safe harbor protections and be subject to liability.
